Matte Lips Made Easy !

Matte lips can look incredibly beautiful and elegant if the application is done the right way. Let us master this look with simple beauty tips.

Exfoliating your lips lightly with a dry toothbrush can help get rid of peeling skin and reveal soft lips to so that your lipstick will glide easily and beautifully. You can also use a homemade scrub by just mixing some sugar with olive oil or honey and gently massage your lips for couple of minutes. You will find them soft and smooth !

As matte texture tends to dry out the lips with a cakey look make sure to Moisturize your lips before applying your lipstick. Just apply some coconut or olive oil or even your favorite lip balm.

Create a base for your matte lipstick to glide on by applying a Lip liner of the same shade all over your lips. This will not only help you to get a beautiful result but also make the color look a lot richer and will also aid your lipstick to last longer.

Matte textures don’t work the same way as sheer ones so avoid Rubbing your lips together when applying matte lip color. Instead, use a lip brush so that the product is evenly applied all over your lips.

For lip color to last even longer, after applying your lipstick, blot your lips with a tissue and Re-apply the lipstick again. This will help to add intensity and avoid dry looking lips.

If your lipstick is not matte, simply dab on some Translucent Powder to give it a matte finish. It works best with pigmented creamy lipsticks.

A Concealer will help to clean up the edges or the imperfections while applying the lipstick. Just use a small brush around your lips to remove any flows.

These easy tips are definitely worth it if you want to get a flawless looking pout – it doesn’t take much time !
